I bought my car new for $38,500.00. My payments per month for 6 years was $692.76, Can we say ouch?! I couldn't afford to start modifying it for a while. First modification I did was the second day I had the car. I put in two additional alarms and moved my entire stereo system from my Turbo II RX-7 over to the Z. My car was stock until about 1 year later I believe, when the Greddy SP exhaust first came out. Like a chump, I also paid full price for that $1,100.00, but I was the only TT anywhere that had that exhaust for a while =). Then the mods slowly rolled in, intake and rims next, etc. So as you can see, it's an ongoing process. The most important thing to me was that I paid off my car this last January and paid it off early, that was a burden no one should ever bear. I was a college student working. Imagine that one. I love my car, and have had people offer me cash on the spot to buy my car. Nope, not for sale, for any price, well, almost any ;) F-355 or Diablo anyone? My advice though, shop around and get the best prices on stuff, I was impatient so therefore I paid triple double over retail for most of my parts. Sorry kinda long.
